Fun and Fellowship Calendar

Bill W said "We meet frequently so that newcomers may find the fellowship they seek." and surely this is one of the key messages a convention has for the newcomer. Sobriety should be fun and fulfilling and so the committee has put together a whole calendar of fun and fabulous events, many free, and you don't even need to be an alcoholic or a convention attendee to come along! Our events include: Thursday: Welcome-all free party after the opening ceremony featuring Melbourne AA's musical talent. Friday: start off with Yoga; then either 18 holes of golf followed by the Twilight River Cruise. Saturday: Guided walk of Melbourne's Laneways or the MCG, followed by either the Gala Dinner Dance, at the majestic Regent Theatre Plaza Ballroom; or a movie night at the Kino. Sunday: Easter Egg hunt for the kids; a motorbike ride with the crew from Chapter 6; farewell party hosted by VicYPAA. Download the full timetable HERE.
